According to
linux-2.6.33-7.rt29.jpp.3-lnet/debian/patches/features/all/aufs2/*.patch,
you didn't apply one patch.
See the old mail (below) and apply the patch against fs/aufs/rwsem.h.

For 2.6.33.5-rt25, you need the patch for fs/aufs/mtx.h which you
mentioned and the patch I've told its URL in my first reply
(fs/aufs/rwsem.h).
