First, the current released aufs supports 2.6.37-rc2 instead of -rc4.
While I have not checked the difference between -rc2 and -rc4, which
aufs version (git branch) are you using? If the difference is not so
much, you may be able to succeed.
Because your compilatio error looks like due to wrong version.
