I think it is possible, just my guess.
But under the copy-function scheme, if the function refers another
static variable, then copying is meaningless. It will never help us at
all. I don't know whether aufs uses such function currently, but such
case will easily happen I guess. Also I am afraid copying kernel
function will be a seed of future trouble.
Finally I say it is impossible in real world.
