Thanx for SysRq T and D. This output shows the mount process is in "dead" state, and its call trace looks very strange since au_hn_free() calls au_hn_alloc() (directly or indirectly). Obviously it is wrong and there is no such code in aufs. The possible reasons are - the call trace is bogus and unreliable. - the aufs code is compiled incorrectly. - there already happened another critical error somewhere else, and it corrupted memory. - you got broken aufs code. - etc... > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: d5e29e24 00000082 00000002 > d5e29e14 d5e29db4 c1028fb3 1da32000 00000000 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: 00f81831 de287f90 def04e80 > 00000000 de88d7d0 c14d2e80 c14ce000 c14d2e80 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: de88d7d0 de287f90 c1456280 > d5e29df4 c1021800 00000000 00000001 00000003 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: Call Trace: > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c1028fb3>] ? > try_to_wake_up+0x173/0x1f0 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c1021800>] ? > __wake_up_common+0x40/0x70 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10ada1f>] ? iput+0x2f/0x1a0 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c13477a0>] schedule+0x30/0x50 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<dff9fded>] > au_hn_alloc+0x24d/0x370 [aufs] > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c1044c50>] ? > wake_up_bit+0x60/0x60 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<dff9fb7c>] > au_hn_free+0x1c/0x40 [aufs] > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<dff976fb>] au_hiput+0xb/0x20 > [aufs] > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<dff9783b>] > au_iinfo_fin+0x12b/0x1a0 [aufs] > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<dff853ab>] > au_si_free+0xabb/0xc00 [aufs] > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10ad87c>] > destroy_inode+0x2c/0x50 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10ad973>] evict+0xd3/0x150 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10adaad>] iput+0xbd/0x1a0 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10abb0f>] d_kill+0x9f/0xf0 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10abd06>] > shrink_dentry_list+0x1a6/0x1b0 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10ac12e>] > shrink_dcache_sb+0x5e/0x90 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c109a485>] > do_remount_sb+0x35/0x110 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10b2fc0>] > do_mount+0x500/0x6e0 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c101b5d0>] ? > mm_fault_error+0x130/0x130 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10b1a28>] ? > copy_mount_options+0x98/0x110 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c10b3206>] sys_mount+0x66/0xa0 > 2012-01-20 08:25:13 chgut12fw02 kernel: [<c13490a5>] > syscall_call+0x7/0xb ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Keep Your Developer Skills Current with LearnDevNow!
