It means - plain aufs doesn't support the loopback mount in aufs. in other words, "mount -o loop /your/aufs/fs/image/file /somewhere" will fail. - to support it, aufs provides another patch called "aufs3-loopback.patch". - on your system the kernel thread named "loop1" accessed aufs. it means you are trying a loopback mount in aufs. And aufs detects it and produced "you may want to try another patch for loopback ..." Do I make myself clear? J. R.
