Exactly. That is intetional. I meant "aufs3-proc_map.patch is optional and you can choose NOT to apply." So current situation is out of my intention, and that is an aufs bug. Applying aufs3-proc_map.patch and enabling CONFIG_AUFS_PROC_MAP is the current work-around instead of bugfix. J. R.
