I cannot reproduce the problem. - using aufs3.9 and aufs3.12.x (linux-3.12.7) - with and without aufs - create more than a million files under tmpfs asynchoronously, and repeat removing 100 files asynchoronously - continued all night long but I cannot meet the problem. I am afraid there is some other condition to reproduce the problem. Can you identify it? Nikolay seems to use virtualization, but Guan seems to use a real machine. Their kernel verions are 3.14.6 and 3.12.21. Do you think it happens only specific version? J. R.
