I am new to aufs or overlayfs. While studying the design of warden of cloudfoundry, the document says that warden was using aufs, then switched to overlay starting ubuntu 12. There is no wording on the reason of the switch. Anyone can share some insight on the difference between aufs and overlayfs? John
