These 2 patches update gnulib to the latest version, and import getopt-gnu. They're intended to make augeas compile on AIX, but I'm not personally able to test that.
Note that gnulib now contains a stock bootstrap file which is configurable from a bootstrap.conf file. This is the new 'best' way of doing this, apparently. Unfortunately I hit a couple of snags trying to use it, so this patch makes minimal touches to the existing version. I've submitted patches upstream for the problems I hit. Another augeas bootstrap patch in due course.
