i have opened a ticket in the bugtracker about a patch i made to extend the rpc.php functionality by allowing you to specify what fields you want to receive when performing a search:
http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/10487 I couldn't test it because i don't know how to clone the aur database. This is also said in the bugtracker ticket.
