gdc is supposed to be provided by gcc, that's what you mean? If yes, that's
right. By example - how Gentoo packages it - it shouldn't warrant a separate
package. Look at an ebuild for gcc 4.3, see whether it has USE for gdc or
similar and that should prove to be an adequate template (:
