similar volume to what we already get from orphan requests but this
is just a guess.
I don't think packages would get deleted that often at all. The only
scenarios I can think of is when an SCM packages becomes obsolete
because the SCM changed upstream, or as Callan said, a package was
mistakenly uploaded.
