[aur-general] Orphan request: xmlrpc-c

Hi all.

Could someone orphan xmlrpc on AUR? The package last update was
nearly 2 years ago, and its maintainer seems to be inactive on AUR.
I'd like to adopt this package to update it (to 1.06.30).
