A Package Maintainer, in the context of Arch Linux, is either one of the
following:
*A core Arch Linux developer who maintains software packages in the
official repositories (core, extra, or testing).

*A Trusted User of the community who maintains software packages in the
unsupported/unofficial community repository.


A Contributor is a non-TU who maintain packages in AUR
