[aur-general] sphinx aur package

The package Sphinx 0.9.8_rc2-1 is now out of date, and seems to be
abandoned. I contacted the currently listed maintainer of the package on
3/20 without reply. I would like to continue maintenance of this package. If
someone else would like to continue maintenance of the package I am fine
with that as well, I just would like it to stay up to date and in good
standing.
