" Java package doesn't have to have prefix 'java'. It should have this prefix if its name is a _generic_ name. If it is a library and has other prefix that it shouldn't have prefix 'java'. Gstreamer-java is a library. Gstreamer-java has the word 'java' in name. This word is placed in the end.
