It could be useful if the mail notification (for the maintainer) is enabled "at
default" when a new package is uploaded in aur.
I thought that's the default behavior now?
@AUR devs: can you confirm this?
for a new submitted package the notification are on, but that package is
an old one and the settings are kept when is updated
