The server update required changes to be made for devs pages. Simo
is not particular active these days so I have copied the files into
my web directory and updated the link.
I copied it to http://aur.archlinux.org/trusted-user/TUbylaws.html
More people have access to it here. Can someone please update the link
in the wiki page? Thanks.
