[aur-general] Adoption of spandsp 0.0.6pre12-1

Hello! I'm the maintainer of ffgtk and ffgtk needs spandsp. But the 
PKGBUILD of spandsp doesn't work and needs to be updated. I would do 
this because the maintainer vinz doesn't it. So please let me adopt this 
package.
