"soqt" is orphan, but updated in Jun 2009 and it needs for freecad;

This package is orphan and last updated at Jul 2007. And there is a new
lapack package in Extra repository.
Removed
wildmagic: there was a comment from 2008 that the package "will be removed soon"
lapack-gcc3: aster uses lapack from extra now
not yet removed: soqt3. I left a comment. Let's wait what the maintainer says.
