[aur-general] PKGBUILD for python-numpy, orphaned and out-of-date

Hello,

The python-numpy package [extra/python-numpy 1.3.0-2] is an orphaned
package and out-of-date too.

I have edited the old PKGBUILD to work with the new release of numpy.

After some search, I found the best way to deal with it is, to mail it
on this list. Doing the same.
