Hi, I guess the package freetype2-static can be removed from AUR.
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=18319 It's obsolete because freetype2 has the static library included again since a long time. And freetype2-static is out-of-date and orphaned. Greetings, Heiko
