(currently at 1.1.21) This version is a development build, so I would I
suggest if the package is not deleted it be renamed to
libwebkit-development

I deleted all three packages and I'm CC'ing the maintainers of two of
them (libwebkit-anjal was an orphan).
Nezmer [1]: If you wish, reupload your package as libwebkit-devel as per
pyther's suggestion.
