It isn't required by any packages, it's an orphan, it's out-of-date, even though it isn't flagged, and doesn't build because the source somehow got removed from the community svn repo (or never made it there) The missing source is part of http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/19039 FS#19039 - [many packages] missing sources, .install in source array. I think we should move it.
