You need to send an application to this mailing list explaining your skills, why you would be beneficial to the team, etc. If you don't have one already, you will need to find a sponsor (one of the current trusted users that chooses to sponsor you). The current team will then vote on your application and then you will eventually get your response. :-) Thanks, Brad
