'libxkbcommon' was there first but it has the wrong naming scheme and
not
that many votes for it to really matter if it somehow was suddenly
dematerialized(!).

Ok, i just checked the libxkbcommon source and there is no stable
version, so i would vote to remove the package libxkcommon.
