The submitter field isn't that significant anyway. While there are a few cases where it might be quite useful, it isn't supposed to credit the original submitter (keep in mind that it also contains "false" information if a package is moved to the binary repositories and moved back to the AUR later). The header comments should be used to credit any contributors, instead.
