[aur-general] Deletion request : flashplugin-settings-kcm

I'm the submitter and maintainer of flashplugin-settings-kcm[1].  Since 
the flashplugin-11.0.1.152-1 from [extra] already contains this kcm, 
this package can be deleted now.
