I noticed I can't build any staging or testing packages in a clean
chroot using the usual *-build scripts. My host system is using all
stable packages (no pacman 4 whatsoever). The error I get during
maketime is:

$ sudo staging-x86_64-build

[many packages]

Total Installed Size:   149.09 MiB

This works fine on alderaan.
