[aur-general] Notice of packages removal from multilib repo

The following packages will be removed from the multilib repo, because they are 
currently useless.

* Totally nuked:
- lib32-libegl
* Moved to Aur (as lib32-libegl dependencies):
- lib32-udev
- lib32-libusb
- lib32-libusb-compat
- lib32-kmod
