[aur-general] "news" package removal

Name of "News RSS reader" was changed to "Tickr" by upstream. Package with new 
name and updated links (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=55249) was 
created, but old package (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=40116) 
still should be removed and votes should be added to newer one.
