[aur-general] Removal request: mingw32-libiconv-static

Please remove https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=24287

I've updated mingw32-libiconv by including patch fixes from MinGW's
Sourceforge page that allows both shared and static libraries to be
built, rendering the above linked package obsolete.
