We are correcting that issue. Still having two packages do not have sense. Most likely the package named gromacs will be installed in /usr and older versions of the package in /usr/local/gromacs/gromacs-x.x.x. The reason of this is that as a scientific package sometimes you need to use a particular version, the upgrade within a project is not recommended. Hector
