[aur-general] Merge request: tilda-cvs => tilda-git

The CVS repository on sf.net has been silent ever since year 2009 or so. 
The upstream(although development is not active ) now uses git for 
version control and is now hosted on github[1] .

So please merge tilda-cvs[2] into tilda-git[3]
