[aur-general] Disown request: quad, balz

Quad [1] and balz [2] don't build properly (because they use 
$startdir/src and $startdir/pkg instead of $srcdir and $pkgdir. 
tuxspirit is, AFAIK, inactive, and hasn't updated their packages in the 
past. Would appreciate a disown, especially since a couple of my 
packages (peazip-gtk2 [3], peazip-qt [4]) depend on [1] and [2].
