I considered doing that but the package would need to be updated more often to allow for changes to patches and I think that would be an unnecessary inconvenience for anyone that is using nvidia-all but not using linux-mainline. It doesn't make a huge difference overall to me so I don't mind maintaining them as seperate packages.
