[aur-general] Please delete xine-lib-1.2-vdr-hg

Please delete my old xine-lib-1.2-vdr-hg package [1].  VDR support is 
enabled by default in xine-lib 1.2 so a separate package is no longer 
necessary.

The well out-of-date xine-lib-vdr package [2] could also be deleted for 
the same reason.
