Please disown perl-perl-prereqscanner [1]. The package was marked as out of date since 2011. I have tried contacting the maintainer (by e-mail), but haven't got a response within two weeks. I find it interesting, considering the other package maintained by the same person (perl-dist-zilla) depends on higher version of this package than currently available.
