[aur-general] removal request (dices)

Could yall please remove dices?  It isn't maintained, doesn't build, and 
hasn't been updated since 2008--I think it's fair to say that this pkg 
isn't highly desired, really used, and therefore dead.  I tried to 
update the PKGBUILD, but it would require a little more work than I feel 
is warrented given the nature of the package.

I mean, if someone really wants to have this piece of software then they 
can always re-submit it to the AUR.
