[aur-general] Remove Request for xfce4-volstatus-icon

Hi everyone,
there's this package in AUR (
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-volstatus-icon/ ) that won't
compile, depends on HAL (deprecated) and isn't updated upstream since
2006.

I think it should be removed.
