[aur-general] Package removal request

I own a package in AUR called hardware-monitor 
(https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hardware-monitor/).

It no longer serves any purpose I know of since panel applets have been 
deprecated, the package no longer builds (due to a new version of 
automake) and upstream seems to have dropped it.

This package can be deleted.
