[aur-general] Removal/merge request: node-git

[Nowaker]

node-git[1] should be removed/merged as there is already nodejs-git[2]. 
Everything related to Node.js seems to be prefixed with nodejs rather 
than node. Suggestions on this date back to 2010. ;-)
