[aur-general] Request merge of python-fftw3 into python2-fftw3

I renamed it because the python bindings are python2 only.  Note that there
are two sets of python bindings for fftw.  This package uses the older one
called PyFFTW3.  There is another package called python2-fftw, but that
uses a newer set of bindings called PyFFTW.  There seem to be a fair number
of arch users using the older bindings.
