[aur-general] kdeplasma-applets-quotesee: bugfix

I made a bugfix to the kdeplasma-applets-quotesee package. However, it is 
orphaned and the project itself seems to be dead also.
The developer doesn't answer my email.
To whom should I send my bugfix ?
