Votes are only counting distinct users, which means, if the same people voted
for package A and B, B won't get more votes if A merged into it.
This explains.
A small issue - the top coment on [2] (dated 2013-08-12 19:58)
completely does not match the current situation. Can I ask for deleting
it or do we have to live with it :)?
