Hi,please remove the package gitlab-ci-runner from both AUR 3 [1] and 4 [2], because its succeeded by gitlab-ci-multi-runner [3].
Package requests aren't taken for AUR3 anymore, and for AUR4 they should be filed through the AUR web interface. Go to the package page and click the "File Request" link in the action box on the right.
