Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
Does anybody know why it's happening?

I haven't seen any timeouts so far, but I can confirm noticing large
delays with git operations, yes. Not sure since when though, a week
perhaps?

Yes, I notice it since few days now.
I get timeouts all the time now, only sometimes I am able to fetch/push.
I was trying to switch between IPv4 and 6, but without any improvement.
