The worst thing the user could do to the best of my knowledge, is write
an email to hetzner reporting Arch Linux for sending unsolicited spam
and them being unable to unsubscribe, in which case hetzner might drop
traffic on port 25 temporarily while they investigate.

Hetzner has had a past of being put into spam databases for poor
relay port moderation, they are a lot stricter these days, so a
legitimate complaint could be a pain in the a*se.

Disclaimer, I have not worked with Hetzner myself, however I know
others who have, and they have been annoyed when it comes to getting
the relay port unblocked on their server(s).

So like I said, best not to mess about and just comply with what the
user demands, it de-escalates the situation, and prevents further
conflict.

Take care,
