XZS [1] filed a request to merge firefox-extension-gnotifier [2] into mozilla-extension-gnotifier-git [3]:
The extension is not exclusive to firefox any more, but universally usable also in thunderbird and seamonkey. Using symlinks, they can all be installed at once without duplicates. Furthermore, the sources are now pulled from git which should be reflected in the name.
