llkiwi2006 [1] filed a request to merge python2-pyside-tools [2] into python-pyside-tools [3]:
Those two packages are built from the same source and provide the same thing. The only difference is that one is built with python2 and another is built with python3. In a comment, lilydjwg mentioned that the python-pyside-tools package is usable for both python 2 and 3.
